First of all, those itsy bitsy individual strands of hair that is scattered in a chaotic fashion all over her hair....awesome!!! I might sound like I'm getting too excited over hair, but I really admire it when I see a drawing with very-well detailed hair. Hair is a challenge and it never ceases to impress me when I see an artwork that has overcome that challenge. And this most certainly has. The hair is very close to accurate to the reference's.

I like how instead of following the exact colour schemes, you mixed it up with other colours.

It looks just like Taylor! Some details that I find that can be improved are:

Honestly, when I first looked at this drawing from a miniature thumbnail, I thought there is like a little teeny weeny mistake that made her face look like it was missing something. After flipping back and forth between the reference picture and your drawing, I noticed: the eyelids. The eyelids aren't really obvious in this drawing, and in the reference picture, the eyelids are still somewhat seen even behind her thick doll lashes.

The teeth seem to stand out a bit much. I can't exactly point out what is making them seem like that though. Well, it's not even that much of an issue.

It looks amazing as it is. Amazing job!

Tried my best to give a good critique, hopefully you find this helpful.

Now, to reiterate: the hair is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Kelvin. Once again you've done another stunning drawing, and you continue to make me glad that I added you to my watch list months ago. I have drawn so much inspiration from everything you do. I have made leaps and bounds of improvement (if I do say so myself) from taking the advice you gave me long ago, and also from watching your WIPs.

Now, on to the critique. I've only done 2 before this, so I hope that I can offer information you find helpful and useful.

Good:
It looks JUST like Taylor. You've done beautifully with the skin tone and her hair and the blue of her eyes look completely realistic and beautiful. How on EARTH did you get those little blonde stray hairs in there? I typically use an eraser to add stray hairs, but color pencils don't erase! It just adds that element of realism to the portrait that makes it seem as though I could run my fingers through her hair.

I think you did a wonderful job of layering and blending the colors to get the effect of shadows and light. I love that there are elements of green and blue in her hair that just look like a natural colors in the shadows of her hair.

What areas of improvement do I see:
3 things eventually caught my eye after I stared at this portrait and flipped back and forth between it and the reference for a while.
1) Her eyelashes. They are "too perfect". A persons eyelashes have varying lengths and are varying distances between then and clump up in varying sized groups. And in fact, the close up view of your reference shows just these qualities in her eyelashes. Also, there are some lashes that skew off in different directions. The lashes you have drawn here are too perfect and even, and give a sort of "doll" quality to her eyes.
2) Her teeth. Something about the shading on her front teeth make them look a little like they are too far forward... not a lot, just barely. I can't quite pinpoint exactly what it is that makes them look this way, but my eye sees her teeth too far forward for some reason.
3) Her nose. Her nose in your drawing isn't as "pert" as it is in the reference. The shadow that is illustrating the crease of her nose on her right side is too tall, I think, which makes her nose look "taller". And the center of her nose (the septum??) is also a bit elongated and kinda pointy, comparitively.

All in all, those 3 items are really SO nit-picky, and I only draw them out because this is a critique, and a person should always list things that could improve when writing a critique. As a whole, I think this portrait is demonstrative of your ever-improving talent, and is very well done and beautiful. I hope my nit-picky items do not offend or annoy you.

Keep up the good work, and keep inspiring :)

Tonya

Love it, but her face is a tiny bit too fat.
